We want to ensure that the art material you provide meets your expectations when your label is printed. The following guidelines are provided to assist you in creating printable art files. Please read them carefully and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We support PC & MAC Adobe Illustrator v8.0 or higher. Photo image files are also accepted for use in process work. Save as AI, EPS or TIFF formats.

All fonts need to be converted to “Paths” or “Outlines” before art file is submitted to us.

All color scans must be in CMYK, and saved as 300dpi AI, EPS or tiff format at 100%. Low-Resolution (72dpi) files extracted from the WEB cannot be accepted.

All colors must be converted to CMYK or PMS (no RGB). Pantone colors must be called out using the Pantone formula guide numbers. Gradients may be used; however, our printing process does not allow to fade to 0%. All gradient screens should be made to the minimum of 5%.
